Warranty Coverage
We offer warranty support for up to 6 months on all our products. Each product category has different warranty terms, which are outlined below:
Refurbished Smartphones: Up to 6 months warranty
Pre-owned Smartphones: Up to 6 months warranty
Open-box Smartphones: Up to 6 months warranty
Mobile Phone Accessories: Up to 3-month warranty

We offer warranty support based on the product category and price to ensure fair and tailored coverage for your purchase.
Warranty Duration by Product Price:
Phones under ₹5,000 → 2 months warranty
Phones between ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 → 3 months warranty
Phones above ₹10,000 → 6 months to 1 year warranty
Mobile Phone Accessories → Up to 2 months warranty
Warranty Terms
- Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.
- Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, please get in touch with our support team with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Accidents, liquid damage, or physical abuse
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Software issues are not related to hardware defects.
Resolution Time: Repairs typically take 7–12 working days.
If repair is not possible, we will replace the device.
If replacement is not feasible, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.
