• Cost: A small nominal charge is applicable

• Payment: The shipping charge must be paid in advance at the time of placing the order

• Ideal for customers who need their order urgently and want the fastest possible delivery.

We provide Free! Delivery & cash on delivery are available all over India, but in advance of the sum of rupees, you need to pay for cod.

Delivery Timeline : In 2–3 business days, Order will get delivered to your registered address.

How can I track my order?

You will get SMS & email notifications once the product is out for delivery or any exception occurs. All our products are shipped using the fastest method available, so you will get your product within 2 to 3 days.

My order has been delayed by more than 3 days or I have not received the product at all?

Once we dispatch the product & provide you with the tracking ID, it means that the shipment has left our warehouse on the day the tracking ID is provided. For any logistic-related issue on delivery, non-received product, etc. please contact The Phone Hub customer care with the below details:

Suppose you have not received the product despite being provided with tracking details once contacted. In that case, we will do our internal investigation with the help of videography (for example, CCTV) and photography (at the time of pickup) and provide the same to The Phone Hub team. The Phone Hub team will carry out an investigation and provide you with an update.

How does the delivery process work?

Once the order is confirmed, we aim to deliver it to your doorstep within 3–5 working days through tie-ups we have with dedicated shipping agencies.
