1.1 Is it safe to purchase from The Phone Hub, & how can I trust the quality of the product?
The Phone Hub has made a prominent mark in the market. To ensure this, all the products undergo a robust quality check and various parameters before being sold to a customer. Our processes are built to meet all the safety standards which are important for our customers. To ensure the right quality in a product, The Phone Hub has developed a 32-point quality check process. All phones pass through this 32-point quality check test before the product is sold to customers. Delivery is also taken care of by a trusted channel partner to avoid damages In-Transit
1.2 Is the product original?
The Phone Hub, as a company policy, deals only with genuine and original products.
1.3 What is the condition of the product?
We upload actual photos of the products. you can also check product conditions by video call on +918369906132
1.4 How can I see the actual photo and video of the product?
Actual images of the products are available on the website. For the ones missing, stock images from the respective websites are uploaded
1.5 What if my product stops working after the warranty period ends?
We provide a specific warranty period for all our products. Once the warranty expires, we will not be able to replace the product, and repairs are to be done from your end. However, we can guide you on what needs to be done
1.6 My device is taking a lot of time to boot up, start, power, and charge. What could be an issue?
The product is being switched off to preserve battery life, so once you receive the product, kindly go through the instruction manual to get the battery running. battery should be charged till 100% and then discharged till 0%, This needs to be done 3 times, as this helps the chemicals in the battery get fully live and start running smoothly.
1.7 Is this product used/second-hand?
Yes, this product is used or second-hand. Second-hand Products are those that are used by a Consumer or an Owner. Refurbished products, also known as repaired products, are sold in the market.
1.8: Are the products checked before shipping?
Yes, products are checked by our professional team before they are shipped to customers.
1.9 Do we repair products that we sell?
Most of the products we sell need no repair. If some do, they are very minor and are repaired by expert technicians with great care.
1.10: What will come in the box?

In general, smartphones come with a device, charger, data cable, and SIM ejector.

1.12: Do we get the original charger or accessories in the box, along with the product?
No, we provide a compatible charger for the product, and it comes in our own The Phone Hub packaging box. If the product was received at The Phone Hub with the original charger and is in working condition, then the same will be provided to the customer.
2.1 While I was placing an order, the product went out of stock, What should I do?
Due to multiple orders being placed on the same time, the product can go out of stock. However, you can contact us directly, and we will try to do assist
2.2 How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will get the email from The Phone Hub and Our dedicated Customer Care team will confirm the order over the phone and post the confirmations Delivery will take place to avoid any miscommunications
2.3 Can I modify my order once it is placed?
You cannot modify an existing order in case the shipment is dispatched. However, you may make a special request for cancellation, and based on the courier partner, our team will try to help but cannot commit to the same.
2.4: Can we make payments in parts?
We do provide a credit card EMI option. You can check it on the payment page.
2.5 I tried to pay online but it failed, What should I do now?
There are various scenarios where a payment might fail, such as incorrect card details entered, timeout, wrong OTP entered, server outage at the bank, accidental refresh of the page, etc. If a payment is deducted from your account, it will get credited back to your account automatically, if not, then you can contact us, and we will do the needful regarding the same.
2.6. How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our order tracking page by entering order ID once the order is dispatched. We also sent tracking IDs via SMS or email.
2.7 Do you provide the bill/invoice for the order?
Your Invoice will be available in 2 places 1. hard copy will be in the Box along with your product 2. soft copy will be emailed to your registered email address. To all our customers, we have ensured smooth payment methods, which include

3. Online Payments like UPIs
4. Net Banking, Debit, / Credit Card Facility.
3.1 Do you deliver anywhere in India?
Yes, we deliver all over India, depending on the pin code serviced by our partner courier company.
3.2 How do I know if you deliver at my location?
Once your order is placed, our team will check if your PIN code is serviceable and inform you of the same during the order confirmation call.
3.3 Do I get an open delivery option wherein I can open the product in front of the courier person?
At the moment, we do not have this option, but in case of any issues with the product, customers can return it as per our return policy. We will not ask any questions for this return, as we believe in customer comfort and a great buying and returning experience.
3.4 How will my order be delivered?
All the orders are shipped through our registered courier partners at the customer's given addresses
3.5 Do we provide same-day delivery or fast delivery?
At the moment, we do provide same-day delivery service in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. For same-day delivery, customers have to pay ₹99.
3.6: Can I get my order on a particular date and time?
Currently, there is no such facility available; however, you may request a different delivery when the courier member calls you for delivery. This also depends on the courier service provider
3.7 Do you deliver by road or air?
All our products are delivered through express mode, so our delivery partner decides if a shipment needs roadways or airways
3.8. In how many days will the product reach my destination?
It depends on the location, but usually, the product reaches most of the destinations within India within 5 working days.
3.9: How many attempts will be made to deliver my order?
As a general rule of Logistics 1, a re-try is made by the delivery partner. In case this attempt also fails, then the product is sent back to The Phone Hub. under the RTO (Return-To-Origin) category
3.10 My order shows ‘Out for Delivery, but I haven’t gotten it. When will I get my order?
As a general process, the courier person carrying your shipment will call you once that person is near your location
4.1 What if I want a product that is not listed on the website?
A Customer can reach us directly for the products that are not listed on the website and The Phone Hub will positively try to honor the requirements
4.2 Do you have your app?
No, currently we do not have an app.
4.3. Do you provide installation for the product?
No, we do not provide Installation Service at the moment.
